Managing Partner Elizabeth is a veteran communications and public affairs strategist who has helped corporations, nonprofits, and trade associations develop messaging that improves their performance, reputation, and social impact. She pairs a data-driven approach to DEI performance analysis with communications objectives that strengthen internal culture and external relationships. Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s degree from UCLA and diversity and inclusion certification from Cornell University.

Partner Denise brings more than 20 years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion consulting. Her wisdom and judgment ensure clients use best-practice protocols to strengthen their businesses through DEI commitments. These best practices improve the workplace environment with practical and positive human relationships. She has served as the Strategic Diversity & Training Advisor for ExxonMobil and has advised Coca-Cola, the Fulton (GA) County Government, and others on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Holly Wittenberg
Managing Partner Holly is a management consultant who helps identify strategic opportunities that drive business value. Holly brings 20 years of management consulting, entrepreneurship, venture capital and post-merger integration experience to help companies commit to relevant diversity goals. Drawing on her degrees in business and economics, she provides data analytics expertise to deliver meaningful and actionable insights to her clients.
